Apartment located on the first line of the beach in the residential complex El Prado of El Racó beach in Cullera. It is an apartment with stunning sea views and capacity for 4 people with 1 complete bathroom with recently renovated shower and 2 bedrooms, one double with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan and another with a bunk bed and built-in wardrobe. It has air conditioning cold/heat, Free Wifi, own parking in a nearby building and has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and spacious living room with comfortable sofas and Tv. It is a perfect apartment for families with children.
The residential complex El Prado has 2 large swimming pools, a beach bar with tables, large common areas and direct access to the seafront promenade and El Racó beach in Cullera. It also has a small park within the urbanisation for the youngest members of the family.
The Consum supermarket is less than 10 minutes walking from the apartment and on the seafront promenade you can find a variety of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the excellent Valencian gastronomy.
El Racó beach is a fine sand beach next to the seafront promenade of Cullera. It is about 1200 metres long and 30 metres wide on average and has a health post, watchtowers, public toilets, foot showers, play area in summer season and an accessible point for people with reduced mobility with shade area and amphibious chair available in summer season.
