The dining room is very spacious and bright and has a large American kitchen with everything you need to cook as if you were in your own home. It has a community pool with 6 large heather umbrellas, overlooking the sea and the mountains on which the building is built. It has private parking reserved for the property.

Cap Blanc beach is one of the quietest beaches in Cullera, there are no crowds of bathers even in August. It is a 400 meter long beach with almost 100 meter width, making it a very spacious beach. It has a sailing club where you can rent paddle-surf boards or take a windsurf, catamaran or optimist course.

There are two ways to go down to the beach, using the elevators in the building or by car, it is easy to park inside the complex.
The apartment is ideal for couples and families with children.

There is a Consum supermarket 3 minutes by car (900m), several good restaurants with great paella (800m) and also takeaway places.
