The apartment has a terrace of 14 square meters. You can have breakfast, lunch, dine, sunbathe, relax, play and enjoy the view on the terrace.
The penthouse has 2 BRIGHT rooms, one room with 1 double bed 180x200cm (71 in × 79 in) and one with 2 single beds but can be converted to a double bed of 180x200cm (71 in × 79 in), a spacious dining room, kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms, one with bath and the other one with shower. Bed linen is washed and ironed in an industrial laundry, like the hotels. We want you to be comfortable in our home :)
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, oven, microwave, etc..
The living room is bright and spacious. It has a chaise lounge to enjoy a nap after lunch or watch TV. It also has a large table where they can eat comfortably 6 people. You can also eat at the terrace's table.... do you know how lovely it is to have dinner under stars? ★★★★★
This has 2 comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing in complete privacy and 2 armchairs with a small table to relax and enjoy your favorite drink.
The home has a sunshade automation, press a button and you has shade on the terrace anytime.
Important: the attic has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter. As our reviews demonstrate, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously 💪 Cleaning is performed by a certified professional cleaning company. The bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals of the province. We also add an extra disinfection with an Ozone generator that is a powerful antimicrobial agent and kills 99% of bacteria and viruses.
Also has a communal pool, course overlooking the sea and the mountain on which the building is constructed. This has a private parking reserved.
It is one of the least crowded beaches in Cullera. Even in August there are no crowds. There are two ways to access at the beach, by the elevators in the building or by car, is easy to park within the housing development.
This apartment is ideal for couples and families with childrens.
As soon as you make the reservation we will give you a “DIY” guide with touristic recommendations ; Cullera, Valencia, where to eat, traditions and local customs, sites to see and sites to not see, and all the things that you can enjoy these days and we have experienced before....

We were warmly welcomed. Vincente has gone above and beyond preparing all the baby bits to make our stay with little ones hassle free. He also gave really good advice on food and what to do around the area! The place is beautiful with a huge balcony see more
We were warmly welcomed. Vincente has gone above and beyond preparing all the baby bits to make our stay with little ones hassle free. He also gave really good advice on food and what to do around the area! The place is beautiful with a huge balcony and the sea view is stunning! We came at off peak season and enjoyed a quiet beach which is all the more lovely. A little advice for travellers: 1) we came at end of September. The weather is still wonderful and the water was fantastic. Spanish lunch and dinner time are fairly different and for us with little ones on a rigid London schedule, we ended up cooking dinner every evening -which we enjoyed but just in case you don’t want to touch the kitchen on your holiday, time your day’s meals! 2) The apartment is best reached by car. Because going to the beach on foot will require going down three lifts plus stairs. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

If you are looking for a host to go above and beyond to help you Vicente, John, and Jayne will. The vibe/environment: It really depends on the time of the year you go. Their busy season in Cullera is summer (starting in June). We were there May 22-26 and we got a taste of the beginning of the summer by the end. The city comes alive - TONS of people are out during this time (during Spaniard hours) and it is lovely. We loved the adventure and getting to know this town during this time. It truly depends on the time. Honestly, I’m sure someone has written something like this before but we planned this trip to be very maintenance and that is what we wanted. Long story short: love loved loved and would recommend to a friend. Absolutely would come back!

I spent terrific 4 nights at Vicentes apartment and can only recommend this urbanization - the view is spectacular - I started every morning with coffee and breakfast on the terrace in the sun - even in March! Also it´s a good spot to take trips fromsee more

The apartment is big enough for a family of 4, it has all amenities needed. Everything was working and the apartment was clean. Important for the kids, internet/wifi was working well and Netflix on the TV. The view from the balcony is amazing, it was great to sit in the sun in the morning and enjoy the view. It was clear that Christmas vacation is a very quiet time for the area as many apartments were empty and many shops were closed however a large supermarket nearby was open and there are plenty of (very good) restaurants within driving distance. All in all we had a great time, Vicente thank you very much for your hospitality! |

As we arrived so late, everything (restaurants and supermarkets) was closed so he made sure that we had a pizza and a tortilla in the fridge (otherwise we would have been very hungry!) and food and coffee for breakfast which was so thoughtful. He even showed us where we could buy some wine at that time of night! Communication with him was easy and he was very efficient in responding to any queries. The flat was very spacious and clean and in a very very quiet location. The view from the very large balcony is lovely!

We were here off-season so most of the restaurants were closed but we found an amazing restaurant within a 10 walk. Vicente provided recommendations, directions and went out of his way to see which restaurants would be open during the off season. Highly recommend this place for all!!!

El trato recibido fue inmejorable, amabilidad, cercanía y predisposición para cualquier tipo de ayuda. Tanto Vicente como Gonzalo se preocupan realmente por tu comodidad y necesidades. Un sitio encantador regido por personas encantadoras. |

Это часть большой резиденции, очень чистой и спокойной. Море в 5-7 минутах ходьбы, оно прямо под окнами. Можно спуститься на лифте и гулять пешком или оставить возле дома машину на стоянке. Висенте рекомендовал взять на прокат машину и это было бы удобно, но совершенно не обязательно, потому что возле ворот жилого комплекса останавливается автобус, который идет до центра города и до железнодорожной станции. Автобусы ходят примерно 1 раз в час и приезжают ко времени отправления электрички. Мы путешествовали в Валенсию, Гандию. Также можно пешком гулять по живописной набережной Кульеры или подняться к Крепости Курьеры, откуда открывается замечательный вид на город. Сами апартаменты очень чистые, аккуратные стильные и удобные, предусмотрено все необходимое для комфортного проживания, даже больше. Висенте очень внимательный и гостеприимный хозяин. Благодаря Висенте у нас получилась замечательная поездка и мы мечтаем вернуться вновь.

Las personas de contacto, Pepi y Gonzalo, nos atendieron super bien y estuvieron siempre dispuestos a resolver nuestras dudas y atender nuestras necesidades. El piso es de lujo, super limpio y ordenado. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar, la vista espectacular, como se ve en las fotos, o incluso mejor. Tiene un montón de detalles de calidad que no tienen otros alojamientos vacacionales, como albornoz para dos en el cajón de la cómoda del dormitorio principal, o sombrillas y sillas de playa en un pequeño armario, entre otras cosas.... La urbanización es tranquila y la playa justo en enfrente, con chiringito incluido, no está nada concurrida en las fechas en que estuvimos nosotros. La arena es fina y no cubre casi nada en los primeros metros, siendo ideal para niños. Llevaba tiempo queriendo ir a la vista de las experiencias de otros usuarios y no me ha decepcionada nada lo que he encontrado. Un diez!!

Not all shops in Cullera were open, except on weekends, but the beach is where you want to be anyway! We also enjoyed easy hiking on the hills behind the apartment. Beautiful views of Cullera! The apartment is simple, which is nice in this case, but tastefully and thoughtfully put together. There isn't a lot required for an easy stay. No complaints at all about anything. It was also very clean. Valencia is less than an hour away and well worth a visit for wonderful shopping, nightlife, restaurants, taking in a flamenco show at Café del Duende, and seeing historical sights. Vicente was one of our favorite Airbnb hosts so far! He was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You won't meet a nicer fellow! Very enjoyable to converse with and handles English very well! You won't regret a stay here! !
